Terms for using the Onx website and services.
These terms apply to services supplied by ONX APP LIMITED, trading as Onx Software Studio. A signed proposal, statement of work or order may contain project-specific terms and will take priority where it expressly differs.

Acceptable access
You must use the website and account areas lawfully, keep credentials confidential, provide accurate billing information and notify us promptly of suspected unauthorized access.
Services and scope
Deliverables, timing, dependencies, customer responsibilities, support and acceptance criteria are defined in the applicable proposal or order. Digital services are delivered remotely through agreed files, systems, account access or other electronic methods.
Customer materials and approvals
You are responsible for having the rights to materials you provide and for reviewing requested approvals within the agreed schedule. Delays in content, access or approvals may change delivery dates.
Intellectual property
Pre-existing materials remain with their original owner. Ownership and licensing of project deliverables, including any transfer conditional on full payment, are defined in the applicable commercial agreement.
Liability and governing law
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to applicable law and any signed agreement, the service relationship is governed by the laws of England and Wales and disputes are subject to its courts.
