ONX APP LIMITED is the merchant supplying the digital services shown at checkout. Prices, currency, tax treatment, billing period and the service being purchased are confirmed before payment.
Card payments are processed in hosted environments operated by Stripe or Airwallex. The selected provider may perform fraud, identity or regulatory checks under its own privacy notice. Onx does not store full card numbers or CVC data.
A one-time service is charged once. Delivery is digital and follows the scope and schedule stated in the relevant proposal, order or product description. Access details and deliverables are sent electronically to the customer account or agreed contact.
Monthly and yearly subscriptions renew automatically at the price and interval displayed at checkout until cancelled. You authorize the selected provider to collect each recurring payment. Any price change will be communicated before it applies to a future renewal.
Prices indicate the applicable currency. Taxes are applied or identified where legally required. Payment and invoice records are made available through the customer account or supplied electronically.
We may retry a failed recurring payment and may pause access or delivery while an amount remains overdue. We will not require payment for a future renewal after a cancellation becomes effective.
Eligibility and cancellation effects are explained in the Refund & cancellation policy and any project-specific agreement. For duplicate, unauthorized or disputed charges, contact info@onxapp.co before initiating a chargeback so the transaction can be investigated promptly.
