This policy applies to digital services sold by ONX APP LIMITED and is effective from 9 August 2026. It does not limit rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
You may request cancellation by emailing info@onxapp.co. Before work begins, amounts paid are refundable except for clearly disclosed non-recoverable third-party costs. Once work has started, any refund is limited to the undelivered portion after deducting work completed, approved milestones and committed third-party costs. Completed or accepted custom work is not refundable unless defective or otherwise required by law.
You may cancel a subscription before its next renewal by contacting info@onxapp.co from the email associated with the account. Cancellation stops future renewals and access continues until the end of the paid period unless the service terms state otherwise. Current-period fees are not normally prorated, except where required by law or expressly agreed.
Report a duplicate or suspected unauthorized charge as soon as possible with the transaction date, amount and account email. We will investigate with the payment provider and refund a confirmed duplicate or unauthorized charge where appropriate.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Provider and banking processing times vary and are outside our direct control after a refund is submitted.
Our services are primarily supplied to businesses. Where you contract as a consumer, statutory cancellation and quality rights continue to apply. If you expressly request that bespoke digital work begins during a statutory cancellation period, you may be charged proportionately for work supplied before cancellation.
