ONX APP LIMITED is responsible for personal information processed through the Onx website, customer accounts and direct service relationships. This notice is effective from 9 August 2026.
We may receive identity, contact, company, account, enquiry, order, invoice, device and non-sensitive payment reference information. Stripe and Airwallex collect card details within their hosted payment environments; Onx does not store full card numbers or CVC data.
We use information to answer enquiries, prepare proposals, deliver contracted services, administer accounts, process and reconcile payments, prevent fraud, secure our systems and meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.
Payment and transaction information may be shared with Stripe or Airwallex when you choose that provider. Hosting, analytics, email and professional service suppliers may process limited information under appropriate contractual and security controls.
We retain information only for as long as needed for the stated purpose, contractual records, security or legal obligations. To request access, correction, deletion, restriction or another applicable data right, contact info@onxapp.co.
Some suppliers may process information outside the United Kingdom. Where required, we rely on recognized safeguards such as adequacy regulations or approved contractual protections.
